Career Training Visa

Management Training program permits candidates to get trained in relevant professional field for a period of 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligible candidates should be 19 to 27 years of age and a diploma or degree holder from recognized hospitality school. In addition, they must have 12 months of prior experience.

There are 10 provinces and 3 territories in Canada each having its own legislature. We are recruiting personnel for the province of Alberta. The key elements of our services include:

Accommodation
Accommodation is provided for a small fee ranging between $200 and $300 per month. It may also possible that the employers in major cities do not have staff residences.

Salaries and Benefits
The salary package is decided as per the provincial labor laws. The employers pay an average identified wage to the foreign worker. In addition, the employees also get vacation pay and provincial health insurance coverage.

Hiring Process
It is mandatory for the employer to obtain permission from the government for hiring foreign workers that can take up to 16 weeks. Once the work visa is approved, we provide necessary travel arrangements. The entire immigration process could take 3-4 months.

Temporary work visas
Temporary work visas are issued for two years. The candidates can also get recommendations for provincial nominee program. On its acceptance, the visa can get extended for another year.

Salary / Wages
AUD $ 41, 850 p.a. + 9% p.a Superannuation would be the start-off wages. Salaries could be higher based on candidates experience / profile / position etc.


Eligibility
All the candidates must satisfy one of the following criteria’s to be eligible for a Work Permit.
(a) 3 year Diploma / 3 year Degree / 4 year Degree / 3 year Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management from recognized universities + minimum 3 years work experience post qualification.
(b) Minimum 6 years work experience required in case of candidates who do not have the above stated professional qualifications. In addition to the above, candidates must have good english communication skills. If required candidates may be required to take an online / written english proficiency test at a later stage.
